Stoneground Indian mustard with real bite and plenty of range.
This isn't your regular mustard. It's made by grounding and fermenting a mixture of primarily black and yellow mustard seeds, amba haldi (mango ginger), multifloral honey, yellow chillies and mustard oil. The result is an Indian mustard with medium heat and an earthy, punchy flavour profile that works great as a dip, swirled into fish curry, or spread onto cheese toasties. People in the reviews mention adding it to raita, mashing it into sweet potato, pairing it with boiled channa and onion salad..um, <insert drooling emoji>. We're definitely trying some of these combinations for ourselves!
Perfect For:
Stocking your fridge with condiments that work with more than just eggs or hot dogs.
