We think Ishka Farms is a fascinating study on doing business hand-in-hand with sustainability and development.They describe this Black Garlic & Caper spread as the show-stopper of their current condiment range, and we'd have to agree.

Perfectly balanced to highlight the sweetness of fermented garlic with the piquant capers and caper salt from their farm, this umami, eggless 'aioli' works great on toast, cheeseboards, and sandwiches, as a base for a dip or dressing or even simply smeared on toasted bread to make an uplifted version of garlic bread. 

We stumbled across the 'Recipes' section on their website with a number of recipes that use the Black Garlic Caper Spread as an ingredient, and this recipe for a Summer Special Dipping Sauce (that also uses the Kerala Hot Sauce) particularly caught our eye (and interest!) as one to add to our 'Must-Try' recipes list.
