A one-of-a-kind, upcycled cropped cardigan, crafted using a mix of naturally dyed yarns.
(Psst! Shop via link below for 5% off!)
The wool for this striped cropped cardigan from Kullvi Whims—a women-led social enterprise from the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh—was sourced from the free-grazing sheep of gaddi shepherds practising sustainable grazing, spun into yarn by artisans on traditional taklis and charkhas, and dyed naturally using pigments such as marigolds, walnut husks, and madder root.
We love that a) it's handcrafted with upcycled naturally-dyed yarn, and b) that no two cardigans are the same (which means the piece you receive will be one-of-a-kind and may differ from the colours shown on the listing page). We highly recommend wearing it often (layered over a simple white tee with high-waisted jeans, or unbuttoned over a summer dress), before passing it on as a family heirloom!
