A board game that's likely to turn “I’ll just watch” to “One more round!”
Splendor is a 2-4 players game that is easy to learn and pulls you in fast. The goal? Collect gems, build your empire, and outsmart your opponents to win over the nobles. (Or in the case of this Marvel version, collect infinity stones, bring together a team of superheroes and prevent Thanos from ending the world.) It plays quick, doesn’t drag, and hits the sweet spot between being beginner-friendly and challenging. We’ve gifted it to tweens and teens (not the easiest to impress), pulled it out at dinners, and even taken it on holiday. It’s beautifully made, and satisfying to play (and replay).
